Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Custom Printed Products

Print-on-demand posters are non-refundable, unless there is a printing defect or damage during shipping. In that case, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item.

How to Request a Return

Send an email to support@domusbar.store with your order number and reason for the return. We will get back to you within 2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
